Kimberly Dupper

Founder of kj transactions & Lead business Strategist

Before founding KJ Transactions, Kimberly Dupper spent nearly a decade managing $30+ million operations at Target, where she led teams of up to 150 employees. That experience sharpened her ability to build efficient systems, make high-impact decisions, and lead through crisis—including during the aftermath of the Pulse Nightclub tragedy in Orlando, when her store became a central hub for first responders.


Feeling called to do something different, Kimberly entered the real estate industry and quickly identified a critical gap: while agents excelled at building relationships and closing deals, many struggled with backend operations. Then 2020 hit. With her children at home and clients still needing support, she faced a pivotal question: 


"How can I build a business that allows me to show up for my family and still serve at a high level?"


The answer was KJ Transactions. What started as a solution for a handful of agents has since evolved into a full-suite operation, helping real estate professionals streamline their processes, scale their systems, and grow with intention. Today, KJ Transactions offers transaction coordination, business consulting, and systems strategy to agents.


Kimberly’s background in retail operations—marked by complexity, scale, and high-pressure leadership—laid the foundation for the consulting and systems work she leads today. Through KJ Transactions, she empowers agents and brokers to stop spinning their wheels and build businesses designed for both profit and peace.
