    1. Prioritization

        6. Iteration

        Since our process is custom-tailored to your specific business, we will first schedule a call to determine your current situation, your tech stack, and your top goals. From there, we create a customized proposal and provide you with two options.

        This is a more fluid, comprehensive approach that allows us to dig into various aspects of the business and work simultaneously on projects as they take shape. This will include having KJT as your business partner in decision-making, meeting weekly, and covering a vast scope of topics.

        We can support you with efforts, such as defining your processes, designing an annual business strategy, and setting up your CRM for scalability.

        Project-Based Retainer


        This option will tackle each of your priorities one by one, using the budget you set. If you can only commit to $500 per month, we will outline the accomplishments we plan to make that month for your first priority and continue to work on each of them.

        Once we identify your budget and list of priorities, we can map out a plan for you. We can chip away at it based on your budget. This is the easiest way to ease into operations consulting.
